What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our payment processor Paddle.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, you can switch at any time from your billing settings. Annual plans save you two months per year.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
After the trial, your selected subscription begins at the listed price. You can cancel during the trial at no cost.
What are deployment packs?
Deployment packs are one-time credits: 1 credit for $9, 3 credits for $25, or 5 credits for $45. They do not require a subscription and expire after 12 months.
Where are my applications deployed?
With Roptal's BYOC (Bring-Your-Own-Cloud) model, applications run on your own AWS, Azure, GCP, or Hugging Face account. We never host your applications or data.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. See our Refund Policy for details on annual plan refunds.
